中医要振兴，人才是关键。近年来，广东省聚焦中医药人才培养、引进、使用、评价、激励等关键环节，有针对性地提出一系列创新举措。有关部门要求，尊重中医药人才成长规律，着力构建中医思维、临床能力和社会认可度三位一体的评价体系，把会看病、看好病作为主要评价内容，以运用中医理、法、方、药处理疾病的实际能力作为主要评价指标，健全人才评价激励机制。

据宁光介绍，中国—上合组织代谢性疾病合作中心将承担医学援助、医学培训、技术分享与转移、产业技术交流等任务。未来3年内，中心计划为上合组织培训2000名代谢性疾病防控专家，实现500项医疗技术在区域内分享，并倡议成立“上合代谢论坛”，进一步推动上合组织卫生健康领域的交流合作。
